Business Development Manager

SiteSpade is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to contribute in generating sales and building partnerships for our Cyber Security and Media Marketing solutions. You will be responsible for discovering new opportunities and partnership over the phone, face to face presentation, submit proposal to prospects and maintaining good customer relationships. Looking for new prospect and account management will be a daily requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers and partners to promote and sell our Cyber Defence and Media Marketing solutions. Arrange meet ups and presentations

  • Answer questions about our cyber defence and digital marketing solutions or the company

  • Ask questions to understand customer and partner requirements

  • Build proposals and quotations. Manage contracts and payment collections

  • Business presentation

  • Business partner management

  • Enter and update customer information in the database

  • Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as BD or sales representative or other sales/customer service role

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota

  • Passionate and driven

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MS Words, Excel and Email)

  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Chinese (Able to answer queries from Chinese and English-speaking customers)

  • Experience in cyber security or media sales will be an advantage

  • Hardworking and driven

.Net Architect and Development Team Lead

The candidate is responsible for solution design for a project, platform enhancement, or application enhancement that transforms the architectural concepts and principles.  He or she must understand architectural principles and guidelines and enforces them throughout the platform/services that are leveraged in the designs

  

As a team lead, you will be responsible for:

• Helping define and drive deliveries towards the strategic direction for the application/area

• Aligning with the long term strategic direction for headquarter Digital team, providing a path to get there via incremental deliveries

• Active participation in an agile development process, including working closely with development and product/project management

• Identifying and documenting the non-functional requirement for the design

• Close engagement with architects across other areas to collaborating to define consistent, extendable, and reusable approaches and solutions

• Understanding and promoting the overall data model for the suite of applications in the area, and for interfacing areas

• Managing technical risk for all technical decisions and any platform dependencies

• Technical responsibility for project delivery design

• Providing ongoing technical guidance and direction for the development team

• Provide regular feedback to senior management and the key stakeholders

• Aligning with the security standards and guidelines to ensure systems are secure and protected against threats

Qualifications

Requirements:

Soft skills/attributes required for this role:

•Willingness to “think-outside-the-box” to resolve project / process ailments.

•Good presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking in English with senior executives, IT Management, and developers

•Experience in Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban

•Demonstrated experience in developing high quality teams

•Self-starter, motivated, strong desire to roll sleeves up and make a difference

Hard Skills / Requirements:

•Engineering Degree in a technical discipline or similar experience

•Thought Leader in one of these major domains:

Distributed – Server/Storage, Hypervisor, Market Data rate publication

Distributed – Database, Web, Messaging, Load Balancing, Ports, Firewalls, Java, .NET

•3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, application architecture, and transactional system development

•3+ years of experience in end-to-end .Net development for enterprise systems

•Experience with web services and Open API development and design patterns (SOA, Object Oriented)

•Proficiency in developing highly available applications using advanced technologies and Frameworks such as BPM Software, Rules Engines, JDBC,  Spring, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 XML, XSLT, JAXB, Database, Caching engines etc.

•Skills in transactional databases

•Full life-cycle database development and architecture for enterprise level databases

•Experience working through an application lifecycle from start to finish

•Experience troubleshooting a project gone wrong and working to fix it, adjusting to major scope/design change

.Net Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the team development manager, the .Net Developer designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications and components; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.

 

Skill Requirements:

  • Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VB.NET

  • Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications

  • Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement

  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects

  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies

  • Create technical specifications and test plans

  • Can communicate and write in English

 

Candidates ideally would possess 2-4 years of experience and/or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science; have the ability to work and consult with colleagues as well as individually; have the ability to consult and communicate closely with management/ supervisor of the company.

SiteSpade (YallowBox) is looking for an enthusiastic digital marketing executive to reinforce our digital media team for YallowBox Interior Design Portal.

YallowBox.com is a leading interior design portal brand under SiteSpade. This role will be reporting to the business development director, and will join our marketing team in creating and executing online promotion, marketing activities and mange our and customer’s websites, Facebook and Instagram. Besides running various digital marketing services available, you will also engage and manage business owners and partners, handle customer issues and objections.


Candidate to be responsible for and involved in:


1. Analysing digital and social marketing outcome

2. Facebook and Instagram posting

3. Google SEM, SEO and Analytic

4. WIX / Wordpress website design, build and management
